Terms & Conditions

  1. All prices on this website are in Philippine Pesos (PHP), and are inclusive of service charge, VAT and other applicable local government taxes.
  2. Orders should be placed at least 48 hours prior to the desired date of pick-up. Physical vouchers, products and items must be redeemed or picked up at designated points on the selected date from 9.00am - 5.00pm only.
  3. Vouchers, products and items may only be redeemed at Raffles and Fairmont Makati. Food & beverage items, collectibles and luxury hampers may be picked up daily, between 9.00am - 5.00pm. Customers must pick up their retail purchases in person, or make their own courier arrangements. Raffles & Fairmont Makati will not be liable for item damaged incurred after pick-up.
  4. Retail item orders must be picked up within two (2) hours of the date and time specified by guest upon check-out. Failure to pick up the items will result in a non-refundable forfeiture of the order. Guests may call (63) 2 8555 9840 or (63) 2 7795 1840 to inform Raffles & Fairmont Makati of any expected delays to pick-up.
  5. Orders may only be modified or cancelled within the first 24 hours after the purchase is made. Modifications and cancellations may be made via email at Reservations.Makati@Fairmont.com or BookUs.Makati@raffles.com for accommodations, and dining.makati@raffles.com for dining experiences, food & beverage products and luxury hampers.
  6. Digital vouchers will be sent to your email after payment confirmation. Please present your vouchers at the hotel/outlet to redeem your product upon arrival.
  7. Valid physical and digital vouchers can only be used one (1) time, and will become invalid after redemption. All vouchers are non-convertible to cash or any other services, and cannot be refunded or replaced if lost, defaced or severely damaged.
  8. Items purchased on this website cannot be used for resale or other commercial purposes, without the express consent of Raffles & Fairmont Makati.
  9. Vouchers purchased on this website are not applicable or usable at other Fairmont and Raffles properties.
  10. Please notify Raffles & Fairmont Makati of any dietary requirements, allergies or restrictions that may affect your dining experience or product purchase.
  11. Photos used in this website are for reference purposes only, and may vary from actual product/item/offer.
  12. Raffles & Fairmont Makati reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of offers, and/or to change or delete the offers without prior notice.
  13. Senior citizens may be eligible for other discounts under Republic Act No. 74321 and 72772 & 107542 and under R.A. 99943, which gives a minimum 20% discount on goods and services. Where the goods and services are on promotional discount which is more than 20%, the higher discount will be granted and exemption from value-added tax (VAT).
  14. To receive the discount, senior citizens must present a valid government-issued ID for verification and approval. Upon successful verification by the hotel, the customer is entitled to the applicable discount. If payment has already been made, a refund will be processed accordingly.
  15. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Raffles & Fairmont Makati shall be final.
