  1. What are the delivery options for the vouchers/items/products?

    2. All e-vouchers purchased from Fairmont Boutique must be redeemed at the hotel. All retail items purchased online via Fairmont Boutique are strictly for in-hotel pick-up. Guests must pick their items up in person, or make their own courier arrangements.

  2. When can I pick up my vouchers/items/products?

    3. Your purchase may be picked up 48 hours after your order and payment have been confirmed. Please check each product's terms & conditions for special pick-up instructions.

    Orders may be picked up daily, from 9.00am - 5.00pm. Please call ahead to ensure readiness of your orders. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID for verification.
